1) Why should I sign up to your email list?
If you sign up to our mailing list as a first time customer you will receive a 10% OFF coupon code to use at checkout on your first purchase which can be used for any full priced or sales items available. Other benefits include:

2) I have received only part of my order, where are the other items?
In some cases are products are sourced from different warehouses and using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number. All items will arrive within the said shipping times.
3) How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Below is our estimates shipping times not including processing which can take up to 7 days. We have a high volume of sales and many items are handcrafted.

Please see each individual product for shipping times. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on your destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. We guarantee your product will arrive to you within 60 days from shipping under our Buyer Protection scheme otherwise you will get a full refund. We understand this is a long time, but it is worth the wait for the competitive pricing we offer.
4) What are the delivery charges for orders from the our online shop?
We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. We work exclusively with our manufacturing partners so it is direct to your door. No middle man and the extra costs involved.
All currencies are converted to US DOLLAR upon checkout at the latest currency rate.
5) Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to send for immediate shipment.
6) Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within one to five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. In the unlikelihood you do not receive your tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com

7) Why does it take so long for delivery?
It’s more or less the international customs that can cause the delays. Every country has a different processing time, depending on the amount they are handling at that time, which explains longer times during holiday season. More often then not, our orders are delivered faster then stated.
8) What happens if my order is late?
Unfortunately occasionally some of our orders can be delayed. We understand that this may be frustrating and we do share your frustration. We don’t delay orders on purpose, and we want you to have your orders as soon as possible.
We do ask you to be patient with us during these occasions. We will not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour. Your order will be cancelled and refunded (less the cancellation fee of $10.00 AUD) if we find particular behaviour upsetting to our staff members.

9) The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?
It is most likely in international customs which is the primary reason for the delay and varies for every single order (especially Canada). We have to be patient as there is nothing we can do until they release the package. More often then not, you will receive your package without even an update on the tracking. If you feel there is unusual delay you may call up your customs office to release it for you.
10) Shipping and Insurance
We provide standard insured shipping worldwide. We handle all the paperwork to successfully clear international customs as well as declare the price to avoid any taxes that may be imposed upon you.
- Standard Insured Shipping: Includes tracking number and covers for any possible lost parcels during transit. This does not cover for any possible stolen goods upon delivery.
